I could not believe I spent so much money for such a bad part.<br><br><br><br>I went back the next day and went over all the instructions. They were clear and easy to follow. I figured that they must have been putting a lot of effort into this because they did everything right the first time. Still, it took almost two hours to put the phone on my phone and another half an hour to put it on my pocket and back in the car.<br><br><br><br>The next day I picked up the phone again and this time they took me to an office supply store near me so that they could get a replacement part that was already made. By the time I got home, it was still not on my phone. I took it to an office supply store and sure enough, they told me that they did not have that particular replacement part and I would have to order it from them.<br><br><br><br>They charged me nearly $50 for that replacement part and they also told me that I would need to drive back and forth two or three times just to get it done. The worst part was the lens.<br><br><br><br>The first thing I realized when I got it off of the lens is that it was very obvious that this part was not there. and it was not even properly mounted. I had to unscrew it in order to get a better look at the area where it goes on my phone. It was obvious that this part was not properly installed. so I went back to the store and they actually offered to refund the money.<br><br><br><br>The other day, after going back and forth with them for another month, they gave me a refund but not without one little note. They told me that if I would come back to their store again that week and pick it up, they would make it for me. So I went back this week and that's exactly what I did. The man told me to go out to that store and get the lens fixed.<br><br><br><br>Then the man said he would give me a refund for the lens. He said that they would have to do it one more time. I told him no, I would not go back to that store until the replacement part was actually on my phone. He asked me if I wanted to go to another store and then gave me the refund. And then he asked me how much the warranty was going to cost me and I told him $100 and he said he would call me back.<br><br><br><br>A couple days later, I called him back and he told me that he would call me back in a few weeks because they were still trying to figure out which store to send me to. and then he told me to send them an email with the details of the order so that he would have an idea of what it all looked like. and how much it was going to cost. I asked him if they could send it through the mail as well, and he told me yes. I still got a refund but it was only for about one hundred dollars.<br><br><br><br>And the price didn't go down much when he called me back. Now, I'm not too fussed about the money because I know it's worth it. But I'm kind of disappointed about the fact that the store didn't actually deliver the phone until several weeks after I paid for it. Because they should have at least let me know that this part was not there before. I would have told them about it.<br><br><br><br>That's why I don't recommend buying a new phone from that store.
