It has come to my attention that there are a lot of people out there, who are either being ignorant of the advantages of UHF and VHF radios, or they are just plain lazy. I happen to be one of those lazy lumps. And when I found out about UHF and VHF antennas, I was all "oohs" and "ahhhs". In fact, I ordered the same cable trimmers from Lowes and Instalck, as I had done with my last two CTS (Carrier Trimmer) models.

The only thing that they asked me for (besides the price) was the type of antenna that they wanted. I went ahead and installed both types of radios on my trams.

Fast forward, almost four years later, and I'm wondering where all the time has gone. Of course, I already had my UHF antenna connected to a two port on my truck and was connecting one to my truck via her to my home PC. However, the question is how do I expand my portfolio? Well, I suppose that I should try to get one of those great little trams that are designed to fit inside the trunk of a car.
